Birth Doula
As a birth doula my job is to assist you in your journey by being a resource for information, a listening ear for emotional support and an advocate for you during your labor and delivery. It is most important for me to feel I have an accurate understanding of what your wishes are surrounding your birth. We will then go on a journey of learning what the range of possibilities is and I will help you set realistic and positive expectations accordingly.
My package as a birth doula includes:
1 interview either by phone or in person (up to 30 minutes), 2 prenatal visits (90 minutes each), attendance of your birth (hospital, home, birth center) and 1 in-home postpartum visit (90 minutes).

Postpartum Doula
Postpartum care isn’t always something a person decides on prior to the birth of their baby. If you have recently had a child and feel a bit overwhelmed, or think that a small amount of postpartum support could help you feel more like yourself again, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly.
As a Postpartum Doula, I assist with newborn care, feeding support, light housekeeping and overnight care to help parents. I am also a listening ear and have a goal to help you feel balanced again.
I work with you based on your needs and respect all parenting styles.
